• Model services will occur at our Milton location only.
• Model services will occur Monday – Friday between 9 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Models must be 18 years of age or older.
• If it will be your first time having a particular service such as; Injections, Laser Services, etc. a consultation may need to be scheduled ahead of time to ensure you meet requirements for that particular service.
• We use our model services and volunteers to make marketing material and social media content. Volunteers must be open to photography and videography before, during and after the service. These images may be posted online in our social media.
• We ask for a testimonial before and after your experience which may be used online as well.
• After you submit interest in the model program, we will keep your information on file and will call/text you when we are in need of a model for one of the services that you will select below.
