Trusculpt Flex

Finally, there is TruSculpt in Southern Wisconsin! Proven to build muscle and sculpt the body you want when diet and exercise alone have not achieved your goals. Trusculpt Flex is a unique and effective alternative when traditional methods just aren’t enough.

Studies show that most of us – 79% – are unhappy with our bodies. There is a seemingly insurmountable gap between the body we would like to have and what we can achieve, even with time and money spent on diet and exercise. Studies have shown that 70% of gym memberships go wasted due to barriers created by the realities of life:

  • Being too tired
  • Not enough time to spare
  • Lack of motivation
  • Don’t like exercising
  • Too busy
  • Feeling too old

It’s time to think outside the box! Trusculpt flex is a personalized muscle sculpting treatment that adjusts to your fitness level, shape, and goals to strengthen, firm, and tone your muscles. The unique Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) technology delivers three treatment options by replicating intensified crunch, squat and twisting actions.

Trusculpt flex works by stimulating eight muscle groups simultaneously in the abdominal, buttocks, and thigh areas. If that sounds like a lot, it’s because it is; Trusculpt flex covers a larger treatment area than any other device in the body shaping industry. The workout regimens include a conditioning routine, strength training, and interval training.

The intensity of the Trusculpt flex workout goes well beyond that of traditional gym-based exercises. For example, a Trusculpt flex workout produces the equivalent of up to 20,000-54,000 abdominal crunches with each treatment of 15 or 45 minutes. Trusculpt flex also creates up to 20 contractions per second without any lactic acid build-up.

Patients gain an average of 32% more muscle mass. This is especially visible in stubborn places like the 6 pack area where muscles are hard to train. Both men and women see more sculpted and toned abs, as well as more endurance during exercise.

Your VI provider will develop a customized and complete treatment plan, called TruBody, which includes incorporating Trusculpt ID. While Trusculpt Flex kills visceral fat cells (behind the muscle), builds muscle, and sculpts and tones the muscle, the Trusculpt ID kills subcutaneous fat for the ultimate compliment. We’re the only provider offering TruSculpt iD and TruSculpt Flex in southern Wisconsin! Learn more about Trusculpt ID

Am I a candidate for TruSculpt flex?

Healthy men and women can benefit from TruSculpt flex treatments. During your consultation, our provider will discuss with you if you are a candidate, based on your health and medical history.

How many sessions of TruSculpt flex will I need?

Optimal results are achieved by combining the TruSclupt flex treatments with the Trusculpt ID treatment (TruBody). Depending on your goals and personalized treatment plan, we recommend 4 to 6 weekly treatments along with the ID.

How long does a treatment take?

Up to eight areas can be treated in one 15-minute session.

How many treatments will be needed?

Remarkable results can be achieved with as little as four treatments. Additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalized results you desire.

What will the treatment feel like?

As the treatment begins, patients feel a gentle contraction sensation and, as the intensity slowly increases, the muscle contraction intensifies but remains comfortable.

Is there really no downtime?

Trusculpt flex is non-invasive, requires no recovery time, and patients are able to immediately return to normal activities after the treatment. Post-procedure, patients may notice tingling in the areas treated for up to a few hours and/or slight muscle soreness or tenderness for 24-72 hours.

When will I see results?

Results may be visible after the second session with maximum results visible 8-12 weeks after the last session.
