TERESA LINCICUM, MSN, AGACNP-BC, APNP

As owner of Venustas Immortalis, Teresa has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2005. She is a graduate of Edgewood College of Nursing in 2000. She earned her master’s degree in nursing as a nurse practitioner in 2005 from University of South Alabama. Teresa is board certified in geriatrics, adult acute care, & cardiovascular medicine along with specialty training and certification in aesthetic medicine.

On top of her incredible clinical skills, Teresa is an energetic extrovert and can fill a room with laughter. Teresa is a triathlete, Air Force Veteran and mother who thrives on the positive energy of people.

MIRANDA ZUHLKE, PA-C

Miranda is a Physician Assistant with over 20 years in healthcare. She is known for her strong work ethic and her zest for life. Miranda graduated from UW Madison in 2009 with a degree in Kinesiology and from UW Madison SMPH in 2017 with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Most recently, she completed post-graduate training from the University of Michigan in Sexual Counseling and Education.

She spent 8 years in the military, including a tour to Iraq with her Transportation unit, multiple years in organ and tissue donation, and the last 5 years in Emergency Medicine.

Miranda loves all things nature, traveling, and being surrounded with friends.

JOANNA HEBGEN, PA-C

Joanna is a board-certified physician assistant and has been practicing primary care medicine for over 20 years. Much of her experience includes dermatology care, minor skin procedures and weight management. Her passion for skin care brought her to VI where she earned her aesthetic certification. She enjoys helping people achieve their skin and physical health goals.

Joanna loves hiking, fishing, kayaking, dancing and traveling with her family and friends. 

MEGAN REISCH, DNP

Megan is a board-certified nurse practitioner who earned her doctorate from Clarke University in 2015. Driven by her passion for medical aesthetics, Megan opened her own practice in 2018 (previously Mette Medical Aesthetics) and is thrilled to be partnering with VI in 2024!

She is committed to educating her patients and empowering them to make informed decisions. By focusing on subtle enhancements, she ensures that her patients achieve results that are both natural and impactful.

Megan greatest joys coming from spending time with family and friends!

DIANN HOLZHUTER, RN, BSN

Diann is a registered nurse with over 19 years of experience in cardiac intermediate care and cardiac catheterization procedure nursing. Diann graduated from Edgewood college and achieved her BSN in 2003.

She has had a love for aesthetic nursing for many years and followed her passion by joining the VI team. Diann has received advanced training in aesthetic medicine and has an excellent ability to work with people and achieve a treatment plan collaboratively with clients.

APRIL SCHOELLER, RN, MSN

April is a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience, specialized in critical care and emergency nursing. April graduated from Gateway Technical College with an ADN in 2004. She later went back to school and achieved her MSN in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in 2021.

April has had a growing interest in aesthetics over the last few years, and took that passion to the next level. She obtained her certification in aesthetic medicine and joined the VI team!

April enjoys making memories with her kids, traveling, and spending time with friends & family!

AMY KOELLER, RN, BSN

Amy has been an RN for 26 years, spending the majority of her career in Hospice Care. She is a graduate of Northeast Iowa Community College with her associate degree and Western Governors University with her BSN.

With her many years of experience, Amy has found that she is able to bring a gentle touch, compassion and individualized care. She is passionate about keeping up with the newest products, techniques and technology to always provide her clients with the best care and outcomes in this constantly changing industry. Amy loves being an aesthetic nurse because it enhances one’s beautiful features allowing them to age gracefully and confidently while maintaining a natural look!

Amy is married with 3 amazing children. In her downtime she enjoys family, reading, traveling to Florida and Up North to the cabin!

JUANITA SELL, LE

Juanita is a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge of both spa and medical grade products. Juanita graduated from Martin’s College of Cosmetology in 2003. 

She has a love for helping people feel their best and believes that aesthetic treatments can truly change people’s lives. Juanita’s favorite services are facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal. She is excited to be working with SkinPen and Secret RF Microneedling at VI!

Juanita enjoys spending time with her five adult children and five beautiful granddaughters, as well as going for motorcycle rides with her husband, going to rabbit shows, and relaxing with her fur babies!

ABBEY BAUER, BS, CNA

Abbey joined the VI team in 2023 as a guest care representative and has worked in the medical field in various aspects of care for the past 6 years. Following her graduation from UW-Whitewater in 2020, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Blackhawk Technical College and is currently furthering her education in dental hygiene school.

Abbey always brings a positive and energetic attitude. In her free time, she likes to hunt and spend time with friends & family.

DR. DANA DOLL, DO

Dr. Doll serves as Medical Director in collaboration with our rock solid team of board certified medical providers. Dr. Doll oversees medical operations, policies and procedures and works to ensure safe, compliant medical environment at our 3 locations. Outside of his busy work schedule, Dr. Doll enjoys watersports and spending time with family and friends.
